Super Fast Pickled Veggies in 15 Minutes

Use your spiralizer for pretty-as-a-picture pickles. No spiralizer? No problem. Use a julienne peeler or even a potato peeler to shred your favorite veggies. And for those especially pressed for time, pick up a pre-cut pack of your favorite mix at the local grocery.

You’ll need:
Vegetables (we chose , and daikon)
A spiralizer or similar tool (or pre-)
Your favorite aromatics like garlic, Bay leaf, thyme, and peppercorn
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup vinegar (white, apple, rice or a mix)
1 cup warm water
A large measuring cup
A whisk
A large mixing bowl
