  • 12oz cold water
  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 3 scoops LiveLightMD Vanilla shake powder
  • Pinch of powdered ginger (optional)


  1. Pour 12oz cold water into a clean jar.
  2. Add frozen mango chunks, mint leaves and vanilla shake powder.
  3. Cover blender tightly and blend on smoothie setting for 30 seconds.
  4. For a little zing, toss in a pinch of powdered ginger and give smoothie a whirl for another 10 seconds.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
