- 3 1/2 ounces canned tuna packed in water, drained
- 1 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup (or similarly low-fat option)
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1/2 cup Birdseye Lightly Sauced Tuscan Vegetables (or similar frozen option)
- In a large soup bowl, combine all ingredients being sure to fully mix in anchovy paste.
