Seafood Stew with Roasted Red Pepper and Tuna

  • 3 1/2 ounces canned tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Soup (or similarly low-fat option)
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 1/2 cup Birdseye Lightly Sauced Tuscan (or similar frozen option)


  1. In a large soup bowl, combine all ingredients being sure to fully mix in anchovy paste.
  2. Cover and microwave until vegtables are warm, about 4 minutes.

Ready in 5 minutes!
