Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls pre-chopped kale
  • 3 ounces pre-baked tofu, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Egg White Salad with (or chopped egg white)
  • Handful cherry tomatoes
  • 10 sprays of Wishbone Salad Spritzer

Instructions

  1. Cube pre-baked tofu.
  2. In a large bowl, combine kale, tofu, , and cherry tomatoes. Spray with salad dressing.
  3. Toss to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
