- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 ounces tuna, canned in water
- 3/4 cup green peas
- 8 celery sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (1/4 teaspoon if dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 1. Thoroughly combine yogurt and seasonings.
- 2. Mix in peas and tuna.
