Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup mushroom pieces
  • 1 cup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic

Instructions

  1. 1. In a microwave safe bowl, add Brussels, kale, mushroom pieces and seasoning. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoon water and stir. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave 2 1/2 minutes.
  2. 2. Carefully remove plastic wrap to avoid steam. Stir in cottage cheese.
  3. 3. Enjoy!
