Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat
  • 5 cups spinach
  • 1/3 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. 1. In large a microwave safe bowl, add spinach, chickpeas, garlic paste and seasoning. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  2. 2. Shake to coat. Microwave 1 minute until spinach is just wilted.
  3. 3. Carefully uncover dish, drain liquid and stir in cottage cheese. Re-cover and microwave 45 seconds.
  4. 4. Carefully uncover and enjoy!
