  1. 1. In a microwave safe bowl, add spinach, bell pepper, mushroom and marinara sauce.
  2. 2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cottage cheese to serving bowl.
  4. 4. Carefully uncover vegetable mixture, avoiding steam. Add to cottage cheese.
  5. 5. Stir to combine, and enjoy!
