Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup green peas
  • 1/4 cup Amy's Organic "Low in Sodium"
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. 1. To a microwave safe bowl, add spinach, peas, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  2. 2. Microwave 1.5 minutes.
  3. 3. Carefully uncover plastic, avoiding steam. Mix in cottage cheese and microwave another 45 seconds.
  4. 4. Enjoy!
