Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe's Steamed Lentils
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup basil, torn

Instructions

  1. 1. Stir together cottage cheese, torn basil and lentils.
  2. 2. Place spinach in a bowl. Top with cottage cheese mixture.
