Better-Than-Cheese and Veggie Bowl
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Trader Joe's Nutritional Yeast
- 1 cup shredded kale
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli-cauliflower floret mix
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1. Stir together yogurt and seasoning. Drizzle water, about 2 tablespoons, until you reach a creamy consistency.
- 2. Add vegetables to serving bowl. Top with faux cheese sauce.
