Vanilla Beets Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 10oz cold water
  • 3 scoops LiveLightMD vanilla shake powder
  • 2 Trader Joe’s Steamed and Peeled, Ready-to-Eat Baby Beets

Instructions

  1. Fill a clean jar with 10oz of cold water.
  2. Add 3 scoops of LiveLightMD vanilla shake powder.
  3. Cover tightly and pulse for about 20 seconds till shake is just about mixed.
  4. Remove cover, add baby beets, and cover tightly.
  5. Blend another 20-30 seconds till well incorporated.
  6. This shake tastes best when consumed immediately.
