Hot Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Drink

Our subtly spiced, warming cuppa needs only four ingredients and comes together in less than 5 minutes! Blanket and a favorite book optional!

  • 10oz warm water
  • 3 scoops LiveLightMD Vanilla shake powder
  • 2 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter
  • Pinch of ground or ground


  1. Pour 10oz warm water into or shaker.
  2. Add 3 scoops of vanilla shake powder.
  3. Check to make sure lid is tightly closed, then blend or shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Open lid and add pumpkin butter. Close lid again and blend or shake vigorously another 20 seconds.
  5. Pour contents into a -safe mug and heat for 30 seconds till just hot.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or ground clove and enjoy immediately.

Less than 5 minutes!
