  • juice of one lime
  • 2 1/2 cup chopped snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (more to taste)
  • 2 cups prewashed spinach


  1. Roughly chop your snow peas.
  2. Mix snow peas, salmon, sriracha, and lime juice.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve atop two cups prewashed spinach
