  • 3 1/2 ounces pre-cooked
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 4 handfuls / kale salad mix
  • 1 tablespoon siracha (to taste)
  • 3 cups chicken stock


  1. 1. In a covered pot, bring 3 cups of chicken stock to boil.
  2. 2. Add four handfuls of slaw, ginger paste, sriracha to taste, and pre-cooked chicken breast.
  3. 3. Boil 5 minutes or until slaw is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
