Easiest Ever Ginger Chicken Soup
- 3 1/2 ounces pre-cooked chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 4 handfuls broccoli slaw/ kale slaw salad mix
- 1 tablespoon siracha (to taste)
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1. In a covered pot, bring 3 cups of chicken stock to boil.
- 2. Add four handfuls of slaw, ginger paste, sriracha to taste, and pre-cooked chicken breast.
- 3. Boil 5 minutes or until slaw is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
