Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Trader Joe’s Heirloom , stems discarded
  • 1.5 cups green spinach salad mix
  • 1 yellow , sliced
  • 1 cup leftover roast chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, layer red spinach, green spinach and sliced yellow bell pepper.
  2. Top with diced roast chicken breast, raspberry vinaigrette dressing and blueberries.
  3. Mix well and serve immediately.
